COMPANY STORY

1993

1993 October: Qin Huanhu formally entered the pearl processing industry by establishing an initial processing facility, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey in pearl processing.

1996

1996 March: Qin Huanhu initiated a pearl farming project on Shuangshan Island, beginning the path of large-scale farming and laying a solid foundation for future development.

1998

1998 March: The pearl farming on Shuangshan Island exceeded 13 million square feet, setting a historical record for pearl farming in Zhangjiagang City. and becoming the largest pearl farming base in the region, setting an industry benchmark.

1999

1999 May: Qin Huanhu successfully independently developed pearl dyeing technology, filling a technological gap in the global pearl dyeing field and showcasing his innovative capabilities.

2000

2000 June: Qin Huanhu made a breakthrough in developing pearl brightening and bleaching technology, filling a domestic technological gap and breaking Japan's monopoly in this field. And it further solidifying his leadership in the industry.

2002

2002 January: Qin Huanhu founded the Universal Pearl Crafts Factory, becoming the first comprehensive pearl enterprise in Zhangjiagang City which integrated pearl farming, processing, manufacturing, sales, and services, realizing the integration of the industry chain and marking the beginning of a new chapter in diversified development.

2007

2007 January: Qin Huanhu established Daking Jewelry Co., Ltd., focusing on creating a full industry chain model that includes pearl farming, processing, design, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and export services. In the same year, the company successfully expanded into global markets by participating in major international exhibitions such as the Canton Fair, Hong Kong Jewelry Show, Japan Jewelry Show, and the U.S. Jewelry Show. These shows bringing Daking Jewelry to the world stage and showcasing its international vision.

2008

2008 March: Chairman Qin Huanhu was recognized by the Zhangjiagang Government as a representative inheritor of the "Pearl Cultivation and Processing Techniques" intangible cultural heritage, highlighting his outstanding contributions to the preservation of pearl culture.

2012

2012 January: Qin Huanhu embraced the digital wave by joining Alibaba International, opening online sales channels. Since then, the company has continued to expand its digital market presence, driving global brand development and demonstrating an innovative spirit that keeps pace with the times.

2013

2013 January: The company had filed over 150 patent applications and obtained 305 patent certificates, significantly enhancing its technological innovation capabilities. This injected new momentum into the industry's technological development and demonstrating the company's profound strength in research and development.

2017

2017 January: 2017 January: Zhangjiagang Daking Jewelry Company passed the Sedex Certification. Sedex certification number:ZS31497440.

2020

2020 May: In collaboration with the local government, Qin Huanhu co-established the Oriental Pearl Culture and Art Museum, dedicated to promoting pearl culture. The successful application for intangible cultural heritage status further elevated the cultural and social value of pearls, making exceptional contributions to the preservation and promotion of pearl culture.

2021

2021 May: Qin Huanhu founded Zhuji Guangxi Pearl Company and Zhuji Fanghua Pearl Company, further expanding offline and online sales channels. This move promoted diversified brand development and continued to lead industry innovation and transformation, reflecting his relentless entrepreneurial spirit of self-transcendence.

2023

2023 June: Zhangjiagang Daking Jewelry successfully registered its trademarks globally, covering the following countries and regions: the United States, Australia, Denmark, Russia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Mexico, the European Union, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, and South Korea.

2024

2024 January: The company's workforce grew to 230 employees, including 56 sales staff, 10 product designers, 8 Photographers and a 6-member R&D team. The total annual output value reached $22 million. The pearl farming area of 58 million square feet and an annual farming output around $13 million. The company is now present on over 100 online trading platforms, including 1688, Shopee, AliExpress, Lazada, Temu, Amazon Haul, and Alibaba International l etc.

After more than 30 years of hard work, it has now developed into a large-scale agricultural industrialization leading enterprise integrating pearl breeding, independent research and development design, processing and sales, and self-operated export. The company focuses on deep processing and fine processing of products. Its product structure is rich and diverse, covering six major categories including necklaces, bracelets, pendants, earrings, rings, and sets, with a total of over 8,000 styles of pearl jewelry, which are exported to all over the world.

Alex is from New York. He has been at Shenzen China Tex since 2018. Alex holds Industrial Product and Fashion Design Degrees from Fashion Institute of Technology NY. He has extensive experience in branding, marketing and apparel design. Alex has worked at various advertising companies and apparel brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Aeropostale and Nautica.

Ellen holds a bachelor's degree in textile engineering and apparel manufacturing from Hubei Economic University. She has joined Shenzhen China Tex in 2009 and later promoted to General Manager role. Besides her team management skills, Ellen has extensive apparel development, planning and manufacturing experience.

Founded in 2001 in Shenzhen China Tex Industry Co. Ltd. He has 30 years of experience in company management, manufacturing and international trade.

Technology of Loose Beads Processing

The cultured freshwater pearl are mainly derived from Hyriopsis mussels, which are currently cultivated mainly in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui. We are located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, which is an outstanding city, adjacent to Shanghai. Our pearl farms have a total water area of 13 million square feet. They have been cultured for more than 2 years, some have reached 4 years. At the same time, we will also add new pearl mussels.
